Two Stamford Executive Residences - August 2009 update

August 05, 2009 I received an email update regarding the construction status. Below is the email of the Marketing Assistant:

We are pleased to inform you the overall project accomplishment of The Stamford Executive Residences Towers 1, 2 and 3 as of July 15, 2009:
Excavation and foundation works are complete for all towers as well as the concreting of Basement to 2nd floor level.

For Two Stamford Tower, concreting works is ongoing at 5th Floor. Other engineering works are in pace with architectural and civil works.
Our Project Management is closely monitoring the progress of works for the scheduled completion.

Value appreciation as of August 2009

I received another Php 1,900 check commission from my lot property at Grand Royale Subdivision. August 01, 2009 the Asst. Vice President of Asianland Strategies informed me about the check commission.

Moreover, the good news is the current value of my two lot properties increase to Php 300 per square meters in addition to the value appreciation last year of Php 200 per square meters. I have now a forecasted capital gain of 96 sqm x 2 lot properties = 192 sqm x Php 500, so my total ROI (Return On Investment) would be Php 96,000 as of August 2009.
